Commitment deadlines:
For hair extensions in stock, the commitment deadline is 1-2 working days, but in cases requiring individual preparation (e.g. hand-stitching to size or dyeing to individual colors, color modification) the commitment deadline is longer, this is indicated for all products in the hair extension store.
Guarantee:
The ordered hair extensions will be posted with a security seal placed on the top of the hair The guarantee can be enforced within the guarantee period and in case of an undamaged seal in case there has been no change in the condition of the hair (not dyed, cut, permanently styled, ironed, permed, etc.,,;) i.e. the hair extensions are in their original condition at the time of receipt.
