PAYMENT BY BANK CARD

- SimplePay

Instant payment with the Shoptet Pay payment gateway. Online card payment is now even faster and more efficient. We do not unnecessarily delay the customer with various redirects and allow him to complete the payment directly on the webshop interface. All data entered into the payment gateway is protected and strictly separated from the webshop, meeting the strict PCI DSS certification requirements.

If the customer selects the Instant payment via the Shoptet Pay payment gateway payment method in the cart, the payment gateway will appear directly in your webshop. The inline Shoptet Pay payment gateway can also redirect to the bank in the background as part of the authentication, so the customer can conveniently complete the payment including authentication without leaving the webshop.

- Apple Pay

We provide our customers with the convenience of online payments with Apple Pay. The Apple Pay payment option will appear in the cart for customers who have a device compatible with Apple Pay (Safari web browser). There is an exception, namely for iPhone devices after iOS 16, where it is possible to pay with Apple Pay from browsers other than Safari.

ADVANCE PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER:

In case of payment by bank transfer, you must pay the purchase price of the order before sending the order, but DO NOT REMIT the amount until you receive the proforma invoice (the proforma invoice will be sent by e-mail). You will find the amount to be transferred, the bank account number and other necessary information in the invoice.
It is important that you always transfer the exact amount of your given order, and in the message section, only indicate the receipt number of your given order, nothing else!

So:
* After placing the order, you wait a bit…
* You will receive an e-mail containing the invoice…
* You transfer the EXACT amount on the invoice to the bank account number in the e-mail/invoice. Message: ONLY the account number on the invoice!
* We will send/collect your package
